How much is the DVD in my currency?


We have set prices for countries that we get orders from most often. If you're not in one of the countries listed, then we charge our standard price and your credit card company handles the exchange into your country's currency.



What types of payment do you take?

All of our orders are processed through PayPal so you may use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card or PayPal account.



How much is shipping?

To see how much shipping is to your country click the 'Order Now' button on our order page then select your country under 'Ship to:'.



How long will it take me to receive the DVD?

Shipping to most countries usually takes 7-13 business days, but some might take a bit longer.



Will this DVD play on my computer or DVD player?

All of our DVD’s are multizone, meaning that they will play in any computer or DVD player worldwide. We’ll automatically send you the correct format for your country; NTSC for North America, South Korea, Samoa, Tonga & Japan and PAL for the rest of the world.



Is it safe & secure to place an order over the internet?

Yes! We use secure server software (SSL). It’s the industry standard and among the finest software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.



What’s your return policy?

All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To request an RMA, please contact us.

-Replacement-
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
1. We sent the wrong item
2. The item received is defective

If you suspect that the DVD you received is defective please try playing it in another DVD player before contacting us. Once you have requested a return, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/defective item.

-Refund-
You may return your original condition disc for a refund within 30 days of the order ship date. If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement; please see 'Replacement' above. The total refund amount will be of the item purchase price, less shipping & handling charges, and will be issued through PayPal. In order to obtain the refund we may require you to complete a short customer satisfaction survey. To request a return, please contact us.
